Velomotors founder Alexsander Nachevkin Passes Away

Chairman Alexsander Nachevkin, the founder of  Russia's Velomotors Group and president of Russia's two-wheeled vehicle association, passed away on January 5 after contracting the coronavirus. The Velomotors Group was established in 1996, and produces bicycles, motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles; it has four factories located in the Moscow area, as well as four production facilities in Bryansk, Krasnoday, and Ural. Velomotors can produce 1.5 million bicycles and 30,000 motor vehicles annually, and is a leader of the Russian bicycle and motorcycle industry. Velomotors is currently operating normally.
