The EBMA lodged the complaint alleging dumping of e-bikes by Chinese companies which they say are flooding the market at prices sometimes below the cost of production with the help of unfair subsidies.

The European Commission confirmed that as of 4th May, EU customs’ authorities will start to register the import of e-bikes originating in China.
