German premium e-bike manufacturer Riese & Müller has introduced a new textile repair kit, offering a sustainable solution for fixing minor damages to covers, seats, and bags. Each kit includes two original fabric patches and instructions, available in four color options via local dealers.

"With just a small piece of fabric, we can make a big impact," said Sarah-Helene Sowa, Head of Sustainability. "Instead of replacing an entire component, users can now easily repair damaged textile parts themselves or via local tailors—saving time, money, and resources."

The repair kit is part of Riese & Müller's broader circular design strategy, which emphasizes durability, repairability, and the use of sustainable materials. Other initiatives include reusable packaging, recycled aluminum frames, and zero-waste operations.

For its ongoing environmental and social efforts, Riese & Müller was honored with the 2025 German Sustainability Award. The company continues to lead the e-bike industry in merging innovation with ecological and social responsibility.
