Riese & Müller partners with AKQA Berlin to redefine its global brand and digital experience

Premium e-bike manufacturer Riese & Müller has appointed AKQA Berlin as lead partner to drive the next phase of its global brand and digital transformation.

The collaboration will see AKQA Berlin redesign Riese & Müller’s brand identity, communications and digital ecosystem, creating a single, scalable platform that brings together brand experience, technology and growth strategy. The new ecosystem is designed to strengthen customer acquisition, enhance dealer enablement and unlock new commercial opportunities across consumer, fleet and business segments, supported by integrated campaigns and performance-driven marketing.

As Riese & Müller continues to expand its product portfolio and advance its digital transformation, the new platform will consolidate previously fragmented touchpoints into a modern, intuitive system. It will connect brand and product presentation with retail partners, supply chains and customers, delivering a seamless experience from discovery and configuration through to purchase, service and connected features.

The partnership is already underway, with first visible elements of the new brand and digital platform expected to launch in the second quarter of the year.
