Eurobike 2023 : New B2B Participation Opportunities

The recent move and reformation of Eurobike trade fair to Frankfurt proved a massive success for the bike and mobility industries, accomplishing many new enterprising feats. On the back of this success, Eurobike are looking to expand and further develop one of the world’s leading trade fairs.

New customised exhibitor packages are being offered for Eurobike 2023. A technically-orientated Supplier Area and three-day exhibition duration are now included.

It is the first time Eurobike offer the option to book a booth for the first three days of the trade fair (June 21-23) - the previous indoor and outdoor area arrangements are still included. Companies who wish to be a part of the growing endeavour can now register for the new Supplier Area in Hall 9 - a sprawling four floor venue, with access from the Galleria entrance.

Due to feedback from 2022’s exhibitors, modifications for the 2023 event are already being planned out. Stefan Reisinger, managing director at fairnamic explains more: "We have an excellent starting point for the 31st Eurobike. All participants were able to gain valuable experience in 2022, and together we can make just the right adjustments to continuously expand this leading trade fair. Especially as the international supplier industry voiced their request for the next trade fair to have a specific, customized format suiting their requirements. We are meeting this requirement by providing the new booking option for the Supplier Area, an integral part of Eurobike. This creates further synergies and helps save additional resources."

Companies who exhibit in the Supplier Area have opted for a shorter stay - lasting three days instead of five. From Wednesday, June 21, to Friday, June 23, 2023, these companies can focus on B2B communication with the international industry and connect with product management.

"The size and logistics of the Frankfurt trade fair grounds enable us to operate in parallel: While the Festival Days will take place in the indoor and outdoor areas of the West premises on Saturday and Sunday, we are decoupling the top level in Hall 9, allowing the exhibitors in the new area to pack their things "behind the scenes" with the Festival Days happening at the same time. Participation in the Supplier Area is open to all companies and product categories," says Stefan Reisinger.

As per the previous Eurobike, indoor hall spaces, 5 days; and an outdoor area/demo area, 2 days, will be offered at the 2023 event. The new Supplier Area adds extra depth to the fair.

Applications for the other established Eurobike contact points, such as the Start-Up Area, Cargo Area or Service Area, will take place as of mid-October.

The 31st Eurobike will open from Wednesday, June 21, to Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
