With over 90% in-house production for tasks like forging, tube drawing, CNC, heat treatment, and post-processing grinding, Liang Feng can more effectively control product quality, cost, and delivery times. Compared to traditional forged or hydroformed forks, Liang Feng has developed a novel aluminum alloy fork manufacturing process. This mechanical molding technique not only enhances the fork's strength but also speeds up production, and due to the reduced material usage, lowers costs. Since initiating this new process in 2011, continuous improvements have been made, earning numerous design awards. Today, Liang feng's forks have been adopted by major bicycle manufacturers across various models.
