Hosted, for more than two decades, by the Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center (CHC) with the purpose of encouraging the bicycle industry to innovate, IBDC has already collected 14,417 entries from 87 countries.

This year, the competition's theme is “Intelligence. Sustainability. Cool Lifestyle”. With these three values, entries are expected to be designed using intelligent technologies, sustainable considerations, and ideas that show personal new lifestyles. 

Benefits of participation includes winning NT$200,000 (Gold Award), cooperating with bicycle companies, exposing at Taipei International Cycle Show, and more.
