YT Industries Relaunches U.S. Operations After Restructuring

German direct-to-consumer (DTC) mountain bike brand YT Industries has officially relaunched its U.S. operations following a period of corporate restructuring. U.S. customers can now purchase YT’s full mountain bike lineup and replacement parts, with U.S.-based customer care and technical support also available.

YT Industries entered self-administration insolvency proceedings in July 2025. Founder and CEO Markus Flossmann subsequently repurchased the brand and its assets. Following the restructuring, YT resumed sales in Europe and the UK, while delaying the return of complete bike sales in the U.S. Warranty support for U.S. customers was reinstated in February 2026 ahead of the full commercial relaunch.

The U.S. operation now offers YT’s complete mountain bike portfolio, including the Capra, Jeffsy, Izzo, Decoy and Tues platforms. The company has also established a dedicated Customer Care team to handle product inquiries, technical support and warranty claims. Replacement parts are also available for purchase through the U.S. website.

YT founder and CEO Markus Flossmann said the U.S. market has helped shape YT’s identity. He said the relaunch process took longer than anticipated as the company focused on delivering dependable service, responsive support and reconnecting with its U.S. rider base.

Among the current products, the Avinox-powered Decoy X Launch Edition is now available in the U.S., while the Decoy X Core range is scheduled to launch in November.
