The Philadelphia Bike Expo will return to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 8–9, 2027. Exhibitor registration for the 16th annual Expo opened on October 1, 2026.
Founded in 2010 with roots in custom framebuilding, the Philadelphia Bike Expo has grown into a major gathering for the cycling industry and cycling public, bringing them together for a weekend of new products, craftsmanship, education and community.
Bina Bilenky, owner and director of the Philadelphia Bike Expo, said the event has always focused on the people behind the bikes and opportunities to connect with them directly. Framebuilders and small makers remain an important part of the Expo, while the event has expanded to represent the wider cycling industry.
The consumer-facing show gives exhibitors the opportunity to put products directly into riders’ hands, introduce new products and engage with the people who use them. The 2027 Expo will also feature seminars and educational programming throughout the weekend.
Companies, builders and organizations interested in participating can find information and reserve exhibition space through the event website.
