The Towards Tomorrow – European Bike Show, scheduled for September 6–8, 2027, in Cologne, Germany, is strengthening its position as an international B2B platform through new industry partnerships.

Germany’s cycling industry association Zukunft Fahrrad has officially joined the initiative, collaborating with the German Bicycle Industry Association (ZIV) to shape the event’s development.

Zukunft Fahrrad will focus on cargo bikes, commercial cycling applications, and emerging mobility services, including bicycle leasing, insurance, subscriptions, sharing, and refurbishment. This expanded scope reflects the bicycle industry’s evolution beyond traditional manufacturing toward a broader ecosystem of sustainable mobility solutions.

The show has also secured support from major German bicycle trade organizations, including ZEG, BICO, and VSF, strengthening its connections across manufacturing, distribution, and retail.

Organized by Koelnmesse, Towards Tomorrow aims to bring together bicycle brands, component manufacturers, dealers, and mobility service providers on a comprehensive industry platform.
