Cyclingworld Europe will introduce an expanded exhibition concept in 2027, upgrading Friday into a full exhibition day following strong demand from exhibitors. The move aims to create more opportunities for interaction between brands, retailers and consumers.
The show will open on Friday, March 12, 2027, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., featuring the full exhibition program, including product test rides. Previously, Friday was only open for evening consumer visits.
According to organizers, the new format will improve visitor flow while providing more time for business meetings, product presentations and networking. Cyclingworld Europe will maintain its B2C focus while integrating more B2B activities into the event rather than creating a separate trade-only day.
Exhibition space demand remains high, with around 97% of available space for Cyclingworld Europe 2027 already booked. Booth expansions for existing exhibitors will only be approved in exceptional cases, while remaining space will be prioritized for new exhibitors.
The organizer is also developing a new exhibitor portal to simplify registration, ordering and event management processes.
Cyclingworld Europe 2027 will take place from March 12–14, 2027, at Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf, Germany. The updated concept aims to further strengthen the event as both a consumer cycling festival and an important industry platform.
