German e-bike brand Raymon has announced a strategic partnership with Panasonic E-Bike Systems, adopting Panasonic's newly developed GXM drive system across a new generation of premium electric bicycles. The collaboration marks an important milestone for Panasonic as it expands the market presence of its latest e-bike drive platform.
Under the agreement, Raymon will introduce a complete lineup of GXM-equipped models covering multiple riding categories. The range will include hardtail and full-suspension electric mountain bikes, full-suspension e-SUVs, as well as versatile all-road e-bikes designed to perform on paved roads, gravel routes, and rugged off-road terrain.
A standout feature of the new models will be Panasonic's GXM Remote 801, an ergonomically designed control unit integrating a full-color display. Its compact design, intuitive thumb controls, and clear screen allow riders to easily access essential riding information while maintaining focus on the trail or road.
Panasonic says the GXM drive system combines powerful performance with advanced connectivity, intelligent system integration, and a natural riding feel. By selecting the GXM platform for its future models, Raymon signals its confidence in Panasonic's latest e-bike technology while reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-performance products for riders worldwide.
The partnership also reflects both companies' shared vision of developing innovative, premium-quality e-bikes for a wide range of applications—from technical mountain biking and adventure riding to daily commuting and long-distance touring.
As competition in the global e-bike market continues to intensify, collaborations between bicycle manufacturers and drive system suppliers are becoming increasingly important. Raymon's adoption of Panasonic's next-generation GXM system is expected to further strengthen both companies' positions in the premium e-bike segment.
