The company issued 41.23 million new shares, representing 10% of its enlarged share capital, at an offering price of RMB 17.46 per share. The offering raised approximately RMB 720 million in gross proceeds and RMB 619 million in net proceeds after expenses.
Fushida opened at RMB 39.60 on its first trading day, RMB 22.14 above its offering price—a surge of 126.8% that reflected strong market interest in the company’s growth prospects.

At the listing ceremony, Chairman Xin Jiansheng expressed his gratitude to government authorities for their support, to upstream and downstream partners for their long-standing trust and cooperation, and to all Fushida employees for their dedication and hard work.
Xin emphasized that the listing is not the destination, but the beginning of a new journey. Fushida will remain focused on the bicycle and two-wheeler sector, maintain compliant and prudent operations, and further strengthen its capabilities in advanced manufacturing, technological innovation and global market development.

The net proceeds will primarily fund smart manufacturing projects for e-bikes and high-end bicycles, the construction of an R&D center, and the expansion of the company’s branding and marketing network.
Xin also explained the special meaning behind the stock code “603468.” The number “60” represents the age at which he began planning the company’s listing, “34” marks Fushida’s 34 years in the industry, and “68” reflects his age when the company finally entered the capital market.
