Three-time UCI Road World Champion and seven-time Tour de France green jersey winner Peter Sagan will attend L’Étape Sun Moon Lake by Tour de France in Taiwan on October 3, 2026.

According to the event’s official announcement, Sagan will join participants on the 103-kilometer challenge route at Sun Moon Lake.

Sagan won the UCI Road World Championship three consecutive times in 2015, 2016 and 2017, and won the Tour de France green jersey seven times. He officially stepped away from professional road racing after the 2023 Tour de France.

Sagan also visited Taiwan in 2024, where he rode with local cyclists, attended a fan event and shared his cycling experience.

At the 2026 L’Étape Sun Moon Lake, Sagan will ride the 103-kilometer challenge route alongside participants.
