BIKE24 Holding AG reported continued growth in the second quarter of 2026, with group revenue rising 20.1% year over year to EUR 96.1 million, compared with EUR 80.0 million in the same quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA increased 15.8% to EUR 5.9 million.
Localized Markets Grow 29.7%
Localized European markets were a key contributor to BIKE24's growth in the second quarter. Revenue from these markets increased 29.7% year over year to EUR 21.5 million.
The GSA region, comprising Germany, Switzerland and Austria, remained the company's largest market area, with revenue increasing 17.2% to EUR 66.4 million. Other European markets also continued to grow during the quarter.
BIKE24 continued to expand its localized online-shop network. At the end of June 2026, the company launched localized online shops in Denmark and Slovenia, followed by Ireland in July.

Parts, Accessories and Clothing Lead Product Growth
Revenue from parts, accessories and clothing (PAC) reached EUR 78.9 million in the second quarter, representing year-over-year growth of 22.3%. Revenue from complete bikes increased 11.0% to EUR 17.2 million.
First-Half Revenue Up 20.8%
For the first half of 2026, BIKE24 generated approximately EUR 167.1 million in revenue, up 20.8% compared with the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 35.7% to EUR 7.7 million, while the adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 4.6% from 4.1% a year earlier.
Inventory increased to EUR 91.6 million at the end of the second quarter. According to BIKE24, the higher inventory level was intended to ensure product availability for the second half of the year.
Full-Year 2026 Guidance Confirmed
BIKE24 confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, with revenue expected to reach EUR 318 million to EUR 332 million and adjusted EBITDA expected at EUR 16 million to EUR 20 million.
The company said it continued its growth trajectory in the second quarter despite a challenging market environment characterized by intense competition and price pressure.
