TAOYUAN, TAIWAN — Sun Race Sturmey-Archer Inc. has appointed Sandy Hsu as its new Chairman, succeeding her father and company founder, Tony Hsu.
A 30-year veteran within the company, Hsu has led core divisions including corporate finance, international legal affairs, and global operations while previously serving as Vice President, Corporate Spokesperson, and Board Director. Alongside her appointment, former CEO Alan Su has been promoted to General Manager, establishing a unified dual-leadership structure that clearly divides board governance from executive operations.
Under this new leadership framework, the 54-year-old drivetrain manufacturer is prioritizing lean management and elevated manufacturing standards to strengthen supply chain resilience for international OEM and distribution partners heading into 2027.
