International bicycle industry professionals visiting Taichung Bike Week 2026 are invited to start their business day on two wheels.
The 2026 Taichung Bike Ride, a special morning cycling event organized during Taichung Bike Week, will take place from September 15–17, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. each day.
Organized by the Taiwan Bicycle Association (TBA), with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) as a supporting organizer, the ride offers international buyers, product managers, brands, suppliers and industry professionals a relaxed opportunity to experience cycling in Taichung while networking with fellow members of the global bicycle community.
The route will cover designated roads around the Taichung International Convention and Exhibition Center and Taichung Central Park, providing participants with an early-morning ride before the day’s business meetings begin.

Participants may register online in advance and select one or multiple riding dates.
After registration is completed, a personal QR Code will be sent by email. Riders should present the QR Code at the event check-in desk to receive their participant wristband.

Important Notes for Riders
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and are required to bring their own bicycle, helmet and personal riding equipment. Front and rear bicycle lights or other visibility lights are strongly recommended, as the ride begins before sunrise.
The event is a recreational networking ride rather than a race. All participants are required to follow traffic regulations, traffic signals and instructions from event staff.
Participants who wish to have travel accident insurance arranged through the organizer should complete their registration at least 24 hours before their selected riding session and provide accurate personal information.
For overseas buyers and bicycle industry professionals attending Taichung Bike Week, the morning ride provides a unique way to meet industry partners outside the meeting room, enjoy Taichung by bicycle and begin the day with the spirit that connects the global cycling industry.
