German e-bike and cargo bike manufacturer Riese & Müller has appointed Richard Bohl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 15, 2026. The appointment expands the company’s operational management level to include a Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Bohl is responsible for the company’s financial management and reports directly to executive management. Drawing on his experience in finance and controlling, he will support management in the company’s continued growth and provide centralised support for finance-related issues and processes.

Bohl has more than ten years of experience in senior financial positions, with expertise in corporate finance, international controlling, and corporate transformation. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at a company in the healthcare sector.
In his previous roles, he was responsible for overall commercial management, including finance and accounting, corporate and project controlling, liquidity and treasury management, as well as transformation processes at both operational and strategic levels.
