ASU is expanding its aluminum rim portfolio with the RW25 for Gravel/XC and MW30 for Enduro/DH, offering OEMs and wheel brands application-specific solutions across a wider range of off-road platforms. The RW25 is made from 6069-T6 aluminum with a welded joint construction. The 29-inch version weighs approximately 485 g, balancing low weight with structural performance for Gravel and XC wheel applications.

Designed for more demanding riding, the MW30 also uses 6069-T6 aluminum and a welded construction. At approximately 530 g for the 29-inch version, it is engineered to meet the higher strength requirements of Enduro and Downhill applications while maintaining competitive weight.

With long-standing expertise in aluminum rim design and manufacturing, ASU also provides customized mold, dimension and specification development. Its in-house capabilities enable bike OEMs and wheel brands to develop differentiated products for Gravel, XC, Enduro and DH markets.
