TENY RIM is expanding its wheel and aluminum rim portfolio with a new high-load integrated wheel series and the 10° Angle Rim for hub-motor E-Bikes, offering OEMs and bicycle brands greater flexibility across electric and conventional bike platforms.

The integrated wheel series uses AC4C and AL6061 materials and is available in three-spoke and six-spoke designs for 26-inch and 700C applications. With a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg, the wheels are designed for a wide range of bikes, including E-Bikes, E-Cargo Bikes, city bikes, road bikes and mountain bikes.

For hub-motor E-Bike applications, TENY RIM also offers its 10° Angle Rim, manufactured from AL6061 aluminum. It is available in 26-inch, 27.5-inch, 700C and 29-inch sizes, with 32H and 36H drilling options as well as multiple configurations to support different wheel and bike system requirements.

With these new products, TENY RIM is strengthening its position in the E-Bike and high-load wheel segment, providing OEM customers with versatile solutions for load capacity, system integration and multiple bike categories.
