ZOOM is expanding its suspension and control component portfolio with the ADV01 Gravel suspension fork and the SPD-811 / SPDS-821 dropper post series, targeting changing road conditions, demanding MTB use and high-load E-Bike applications.

Designed for Gravel riding, the ADV01 balances pedaling efficiency with added comfort and control. Its adjustable air spring allows riders to tune the fork according to body weight and riding preference, while rebound adjustment helps keep the front wheel composed over gravel, cobblestones and uneven surfaces. On smoother roads, a hydraulic lockout provides a firmer platform and more direct pedaling feel.

The SPD-811 / SPDS-821 dropper posts are manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum using high-precision processes. Self-lubricating bushings help reduce friction, play and operating noise, while a copper needle-roller and oil-needle system lowers the force required for actuation. O-ring sealing and a mud-tested structure protect the internal mechanism for reliable all-weather performance.

For models combining dropper and suspension functions, ZOOM uses a specially designed air cartridge in place of a conventional hydraulic unit, allowing height adjustment and suspension to be integrated into a single post. The cartridge is modular for easier servicing, replacement and maintenance, while the enlarged post structure is designed to meet the higher loads associated with E-Bikes and demanding off-road use.

The products are ISO 4210 certified and have undergone testing for impact, fatigue and operation at temperatures down to –20°C.

With the ADV01 and SPD-811 / SPDS-821 series, ZOOM is strengthening its product offering for riders and OEMs seeking greater comfort, durability and control across Gravel, MTB and E-Bike platforms.
