HUBBLE VISION has introduced the RL-50 ultra-slim LED fender rear light, combining active illumination, passive reflection and compact styling for E-Bike and urban bicycle applications. Measuring just 60 × 22 × 11 mm, the RL-50 integrates an LED light guide with a 35-degree angled optical structure, allowing the unit to fit closely to streamlined fender profiles. Compared with conventional rear light and reflector assemblies, its compact design gives bike manufacturers greater flexibility when developing clean, integrated rear-end layouts.

The RL-50 operates on DC 12V at 0.8W and delivers approximately 6–8 cd of luminous intensity. When powered on, it provides both active LED lighting and passive reflective visibility. When the light is switched off, the integrated reflector continues to enhance rider visibility in low-light conditions.

The product is designed to address requirements associated with StVZO, ECE and ISO 6742, while also meeting CE, RoHS and REACH compliance needs. With its slim profile and dual safety function, the RL-50 offers OEMs a practical lighting solution for E-Bikes, city bikes and other fender-equipped platforms.
